I’m still rooting for Yau Man. I’d like to see Cassandra not even make it to the final 4 because she just doesn’t try. I think Boo has a strong shot at winning immunity again…but as far as the final 2 selection, if Yau Man is there, he’ll make it. He’s proven himself to be excellent at those endurance challenges.

My idea final 2 would be Yau Man, Earl, and Dre. I think Dre would be a great player to take to the final 2 because he screwed over Mookie and Alex and Eguardo, and that could mean more votes for Yau Man to win the million.

Only 2 more episodes til the season finale of Survivor! I think the best thing Yau Man and Earl could do for themselves now would be to send someone else to Exile Island, and give someone else the chance to get the other immunity idol…because that would take the heat of Yau Man, right? Just my armchair quarterback theory.

I’d really like to see Yau Man win, but I don’t think the others will let him make the final 3 as long as he’s got that idol. My 2nd choice would be Earl. He’s been a leader for the group, without making himself out to be the leader…does that make sense? I don’t think Cassandra deserves it, nor has she worked hard enough for it. She’s coasting. Dre…eh. I think he’s screwed over too many people to make it.

I’m so happy to see the core group making it Survivor, and not letting Alex sway them with his “let me be a swing vote” idea. I really like Yau-Man and Earl the best, followed by Dreamz. I used to be into Cassandra, but I really think she’s not even trying. Last night during the digging challenge, she wasn’t even doing anything, and Jeff picked right up on it and said, “Cassandra, just waiting til this is over.” That’s how she’s playing the game – waiting til it’s over, and hoping she can stay under the radar til then. She’s be a horrible person to take to the final 4 because she hasn’t pissed anyone off, and she’s been able to hang on for so long without making any big contribution. People would vote for her to win because of that!

I’d love to see Yau-Man win it all, but I think his days are numbered with that immunity idol.

The episode last night was a bit…predictable, but I’m not complaining. I’m so happy to see the 4 Horseman getting picked off one by one. Mookie and Alex – shame on you for rummaging in Yau-Man’s bag! (Shame on Yau too for keeping the idol in his bag!) I was so happy to see Jeff call them out on that at tribal council. HA!

And speaking of Jeff…would it be too much to ask him to mix it up a bit? How many times are we going to hear the following phrases:

Head back to camp.
Immunity…back up for grabs.

What a fantastic episode of Survivor tonight! The vote flipped and flopped back and forth so much, I was completely confused by the time we got to Tribal Council, but WAY impressed by Earl and his crew pulling it off, and forcing Alex to play the immunity. To quote Nelson Muntz, “Ha, Ha!” Classic Survivor at it’s best. Mookie got screwed, and I love it!

I see the Dreamz situation heating up. Alex and Mookie are going to be bent with him, but Dreamz has the right to be bent at Earl and his gang, because they changed things up and didn’t fill him in. It worked this time, but Dreamz may not share info next time, if he feels he’s being kept in the dark.

I’m still laughing about the 4 horseman….HA!

Kind of a lackluster Survivor this week. I was pretty impressed with Yau Man in the immunity challenge though – he was kicking butt and taking names. Pretty funny after whatshisname said he was so great at archery. HA! And Mookie helping Lisi dig for the idol – classic. That’s why it’s important NOT to share your hints with people, because as we saw last week, they’ll use them when you’re sleeping and vote your whining rear end off.

It irks me to no end when people get on Survivor and ask to be voted off, or they whine about wanting to go home. There are thousands of people who didn’t make it who would love to be there to play the game. Grrr!

Finally, people vote off someone I don’t like. This totally makes up for poor Anthony getting sent home last week. Rocky was a whack job and had a screw loose. I think we’ll see a tribe that gets along much better now that his attitude has left the building. Err…cave.

And how about my man Yao and his fake immunity idol? He’s so devious – I love it! And I loved that Mooki was making fun of him at the challenge, but Yao Man scored a direct hit with the flame thrower and showed him how it’s done. HA!

Anyway, tonights Survivor. Yes, Boo is gonna injure his ass right off the team. That eye thing was creeping me out. I’ve had amajor eye injury that I let go for a few days, and I almost lost a cornea because of that. I think he was dumb to not get his hand or eye checked out, but smart because doing so would be a weakness, if his team thought he wasn’t healthy enough to make it.

Hmm…what else…Erica got a bad rap. It should have been Sylvia. Dreamz is growing on me, after annoying me in the first episode. Old asian guy – cracked me up with his little hug/peek in Sylvia’s bag – so sneaky!

Does CBS really let these people go without water for 3 days? Are they slipping them 8oz a day on the sly to be sure they don’t get super dehydrated? Inquiring minds want to know.

I just realized I never did my Survivor recap for the new season. As usual, it’s hard to get a feeling for how the season will go when there are SO many new faces at once. Did you catch Jeff Probst saying that one person dropped out right before the show started filming? Nuts. The stand outs for me so far are Rocky (rowr!) and the architect – was it Sylvia? Interesting how they had her pick teams. I also thought it was an interesting twist that the whole group helped build the shelter and then only half of them will use it. I don’t like the fact that they are giving people so much to start off with though – it’s more fun when that is earned!

Survivor is back on tonight at 8pm. WOOT! This time they’re going to be in Fiji. I’m glad Jim isn’t home tonight, because I plan on hogging the TV all night long. Between Survivor and all of my shows like Earl, The Office, and Grey’s Anatomy….well, there’s a reason it’s called must see TV
