prosper learning

When I was a kid, my father was always involved in some sort of self employed be your own boss type thing. Once, he and my mother bought a duplex in Tampa as an investment…it turned out that being a landlord wasn’t that great, especially in that particular neighborhood. Another time, he bought an ice cream store. That was great for me, because of all the free ice cream and unlimited credits on Ms. Pacman, but it was horrible for my parents, who were trying to run the business in addition to their full time jobs.

If my father had access to something like prosperlearning back then, he probably would have been a lot more successful in his various business ventures. The company offers coaching sessions & customized courses designed to help people build their business. You can learn about marketing your business online, real estate investment, and even personal finance through their one on one coaching sessions with a mentor. The only way to enter the program is by being invitation, which insures that this program works with the cream of the crop – people with a strong desire to succeed and grow their businesses. In this day and age of everyone wanting to be his or her own boss, this program is a great concept for those who don’t know where to turn for advice.

I work at Prosper, and it’s very cool to see you posting about it. Can I ask how you found out about Prosper? Are you a student of ours? I hope everything is going well for you with your online ventures.

After a weekend long seminar here in Fort Lauderdale, I was contacted by someone from Prosper Learning regarding getting into their program. My wife and were interested, but we became a bit leary after the person on the phone told us the training cost was going to be $10,000 (which we could get approved for with their business account at HSBC). I was wondering if this was similar to your experience, and what you’ve been able to get out of your experience with them. Thanks for any info.

By the way, we’re also from Tampa, though we’re living in Fort Lauderdale at the moment.
