Today I met the neighbors across the street. They’re selling THEIR house and it turns out they’re buying a new home from our builder! Just not the same neighborhood. We compared notes though, and I sure am saving money by moving out to the boondocks. Their house will be smaller and they didn’t get any upgrades and it will still cost more than mine.
Rural is good.
In the meantime, they’ve got a 10 year old daughter to keep my girls entertained. I had an hour of peace and quiet to myself when we got home from Orlando today, because all of my kids were over at their house. Yay!
That’s cool that you met your neighbor, the kids like to play, AND your rural home is saving you $$$!! YAY.
