And with the spiraling cost of food, gas and whatever else...you are a wise woman to shop for the bargains. It's the only way a family today can survive. I am so disappointed in our countries economics. I continue to wonder just where its going. I don't know how young families can do it today.

Sugar-free cereal is the real blasphemy! I pour scoops of the stuff on my frosted flakes! ;-)

The taste of frosted flakes takes me back to visiting my Nana, who put sugar on her corn flakes. I never understood putting sugar on your cereal.

My mom would mix the honeynut cheerios and plain cheerios (probably both generic brands) so we would have a little bit of sweetness. But I am fine with regular cherrios too.

I loved grapenuts ho when I was a kid. Or grapenuts mixed with yogurt.

I think regular cheerios are a bit bland plain, but with some blueberries, or other fruit put on top, they're pretty good! I've been more "into" cereal lately... I eat it for breakfast in the morning before work because I just can't eat anything more than that that early in the morning! I usually get Cheerios, Life, or sometimes Frosted Mini Wheats.
