I used to work for Sallie Mae. They are a pretty decent loan company. If you default on your loan for whatever reason, they're willing to work with you. However, if you try to skip out on it... Which I doubt you will... :) They will hunt you down and automatically deduct the money from your paycheck or income tax return. pretty basic stuff for any company you borrow from.
