The PureCosta.com website had me at the words “$37,500 Waterfall Estate Packages”. It makes sense, right? If you’re going to entertain the thought of buying property in Costa Rica, why not go for something with the words “waterfall” and “estate” in the property description?
Buying property can be a good investment, but if you’re like me, the prospect of buying property in a foreign country seems a little dicey. I don’t know the languages, or customs, the rules, how do you know who to trust? If you’re feeling the same way, take a look at PureCosta.com - you’ll feel mucho better when you see the familiar Coldwell Banker logo smack dab in the middle of their site. Not to mention, all of the information they offer so you know upfront what Costa Rica has to offer you. And among the offerings, as I learned at the site, are a politically stable government, a low cost of living, and an excellent infrastructure.
You’ll also find articles on all things Costa Rica - moving there, building there, buying there, living there - everything you need to know! This site isn’t just out to sell you a property or a beach front villa…they want to inform consumers about all that Costa Rica has to offer!
