The PureCosta.com website had me at the words “$37,500 Waterfall Estate Packages”. It makes sense, right? If you’re going to entertain the thought of buying property in Costa Rica, why not go for something with the words “waterfall” and “estate” in the property description?
Buying property can be a good investment, but if you’re like me, the prospect of buying property in a foreign country seems a little dicey. I don’t know the languages, or customs, the rules, how do you know who to trust? Not to mention, all of the information they offer so you know upfront what Costa Rica has to offer you.
