hot college coed

Back in 1993, when I started college, I may have actually qualified as a hot college girl. Not the kind of girl you see on Girls Gone Wild, of course, but I could hold my own. One thing that wasn’t so hot – my grades. I ended up dropping the 7am classes I had so stupidly signed up for, and that was the beginning of the end. It took me 5 years to get my A.A.!

Now, I’m older and wiser. I hope. I’ve got more gray hair, that’s for sure. I registered for classes this week, and Ill be starting my college career (for the 2nd, or is it the 3rd time?) in January. I’m going to be taking religion (a requirement of the Catholic university I’m attending) & statistics. I’m also required to take a 3 credit computer course, but I’m going to take a test to exempt it. I would think that after 10 years online, and 4 years of working as a help desk type person, I can ace it.

The good news is that my major required two science courses similar to what I took at the community college. I was able to appeal and the registrar accepted the course I’ve already taken as the equivalent for what they require, so I only need 54 more credit hours to get a degree. ONLY! Ha!

I don’t think you have any gray hair. I come into your house at night when you sleep and believe me, I’ve looked.

Ha Ha, this post will get tons od search traffic I am sure.

I wish you great luck with your new courses. I’m mildly considering going to school at some point. I finished my schooling at 17 in the UK.

Oh man did it ever take me a long time to get my first degree finished. I think it was like 7 years. Then I finished another one in about a year and a half.

It’s worth it though, looking down on the peons that mill about you and laughing at their uneducated ineptitude.

Good luck and good for you! It took me about 5 1/2 years to get my degree. Now to just go for that teachers cert. :)

Congratulations to you! I always believe that continuing your education is a great decision. I am also pondering on going back to school myself to expand my career options. It’s never too late to learn!
