When I watched the most recent episode of Cane (The Two Alex Vegas) last night, I realized that one of the new bit characters looked familiar. Henry Duque is cooking up a deal to get outside financing for his VIP room, and he met with two Israeli businessman last night…who I’m sure will turn out to be drug dealers, or something equally as sinister. The character named Yossi is the one who caught my eye, because he played a rotten guy on a recent episode of Burn Notice. The actor’s name is Guri Weinberg, and with his light eyes and dark hair, he’s got a very distinct look. Guri appeared in the film “Munich” in 2005, which was a movie about the 1972 murders of 11 Israeli athletes at the Olympics. Guri plays his father in the movie, Moshe Weinburg, who was one of the victims of the the Palestinian terrorist group known as Black September that day.
