I finally got to pick up my new glasses yesterday, thanks to the most inconvenient operating hours ever. I’m not thrilled with them so far. My prescription changed, so I’ve got that learning curve to deal with, but the Crizal coating doesn’t seem right either. I see smudges on the lenses which aren’t smudges at all – it’s the coating. It’s more visible to me in low light in front of the PC…and I know they’ll tell me not to work in the dark in front of my laptop, but c’mon! That’s not an option.
The lady who fit me yesterday told me to at least give the glasses 10 days before I came back for any problems. Yippee.

I HATE that! At my last yearly appointment, I had a new doc. My eyes have gotten worse every year since I was 7. My contact lens prescription is .25 different every year, and my eyes have always been the same, He tells me that one has gotten better, and one is worse, and sends me away with new lenses. I was back in a week telling him he was a moron. They changed my prescription again and I still don’t feel like they were right. I hate the eye dr. I just don’t feel like the testings are accurate and I don’t think anyone feels comfortable sitting there all day going, “Umm…gee, I dunno which one looks better. Do it again”
So, you are going to change the photo of yours in PPP?
Ever since they started, you are up in the first row…
