Tori Amos has announced tour dates to support her 9th album, American Doll Posse. The closest she’ll get to me is a night at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater on November 20th. I’d love to go, but I don’t know anyone who appreciates her music as much as I do. I could drag along my husband, but it would be pure torture for him – he’s more of a Tool guy. When I went to see her at the Sundome in Tampa a few years ago, I went with friends who were even more into Tori than I am / was, and they dragged me to the meet and greet – I didn’t even know such a thing existed!

Doesn’t look like I’ll be seeing her this time around…but I’m sure it will be amazing.
