Trying to get ready for a vacation is never easy. In fact, there’s a LOT of shopping to be done. Just last night I was out to the mall and then to Target trying to get a few last minute things I need before next week. The Cart Me Away game gives you a chance to do exactly what I’m doing (shopping!) but in virtual reality, and with a big payoff. Here’s the scoop:
Cart Me Away is a game sponsored by Shop.com, and game 2 is gearing up to start on July 1st, and will run through July 28th. (7/28 is my birthday, so if you will, I full expect a nice gift, ok?) Anyway, the idea of the game is that you’re given a story line (shopping for a trip to Hawaii, throwing a dinner party, a trip to the Big Apple, or a romantic French getaway) and then you’re challenged to shop for specific items needed for each scenario, and you’ve got to stick to your budget! Can you find the perfect red Chanel lipstick for your New York trip? How about a specific cotton shirt to wear when you say Aloha?
Winners receive a $1000 shopping spree on Shop.com - it’s free to play, and more important than that, it’s fun! If you fancy yourself a super shopper, this is right up your alley.
