We’ve been out picking blueberries (again) and then to lunch, and then to the grocery store. So much for a day of rest! It was insanely hot when we were picking blueberries, and we only lasted about 30 minutes before heading to the car. After that we went to lunch to celebrate Mother’s Day, and now we’re back home, awaiting Jim’s arrival. He’s stopping at the store to pick up Matthew’s present (Guitar Hero) and we’re going to have a late dinner and yet another cake. (3 cakes in a week now - one for his party last weekend, one for 1st Communion yesterday, and another for his family party tonight. Spoiled, much?)
I’m going to attempt to get to bed at a decent hour tonight, because I am wiped out, but I fear I’m going to get sucked into watching Survivor tonight to see how it all ends.
