Where does the time go? Today is my son’s 8th birthday. EIGHT! From that little peanut I have birth to 8 years ago (he was my smallest baby) to the skinny boy he is now…it all seems like it happened in the blink of an eye. He pushes my buttons daily, but he’s my baby boy. My special little guy. My snuggle bug.

If you want to read about his birth and see pictures, go here.

Otherwise, click on the more link before for a few pictures of my little guy through the years…

Baby mine, don’t you cry

Baby mine, dry your eyes

Rest your head close to my heart

Never to part, baby of mine

Little one when you play

Don’t you mind what you say

Let those eyes sparkle and shine

Never a tear, baby of mine

If they knew sweet little you

They’d end up loving you too

All those same people who scold you

What they’d give just for

The right to hold you

From your head to your toes

You’re not much, goodness knows

But you’re so precious to me

Cute as can be, baby of mine

Eight! Wow. I vividly remember sitting at my computer in my old house, getting an email from you saying you were pregnant again, and Jim didn’t know yet because he was out of the country. LOL! How can that have been nine years ago???

    Happy Birthday, Foo Foo!
