No, the tip most often is NOT included in your dinner bill, bar bill, etc. That would be the provincial sales tax and the goods and services tax that are included in the final tab. And maybe they speak that way out east, but here on Vancouver Island, we are very civilized, complete with high tea :))) Verrryyyy funnnyyyyy!

They didn't realize it was custom here...luckily i really loved teir company at the bar! After that I got great tips!
