Tomorrow is the last day of Spring Break Camp. My kids have been going to it all week…and I’m really impressed with the program. My oldest is taking a dance class, my middle child is doing cooking, and the baby boy is in a half day basketball program. Each day they all come home so excited about what they’ve done – especially Grace. They’ve cooked real food every day in camp, and each day has a theme. Today was “Mexican”, so they made tacos and nachos. Flan was on the menu too, but a last minute ingredient mix-up turned had them making milkshakes instead.

I am so doing something like this again for them this summer!
