The last time I took the kids to the pediatrician, we were put in the safari room. All of the exam rooms are themed – one is all monkeys, another is Blue’s Clues…and our favorite is the safari room. Apparently one of the pediatricians in the group went to Africa with his wife recently, because the room is decorated with real safari pictures, as well as a few of the doctor and his wife posing in front of a few huts and with the native people. What an amazing trip that must have been – the trip of a lifetime! The only chance I’ll get to on a trip like that is if I get on The Amazing Race.
