If you’re not up to speed on my obsession with the original “Flip This House” crew, and Richard Davis - here’s what I love about this guy. I emailed him earlier this week to get info on when his new show (on TLC) will start. Keep in mind - this is a business owner, as well as the former star of Flip This House on A&E, and the new star of The Real Deal on TLC. As busy as this guy is, he still took the time to reply to MY email and fill me in, so that I could tell all of you! Gotta love a guy who has made a big name for himself, but he still appreciates the little people.

Thanks for the email. We just finished shooting some promos at Bike Week for the upcoming series on TLC. They will start running in April during American Chopper and the other gear head shows to “intro” us to a block of viewers who may not know who we are.
Series debuts Saturday nights at 9 pm, I think the 2nd or 3rd Saturday in April, but the promos will give the exact date. The new series is called ” The Real Deal”, same REAL people, same REAL company, same REAL DEALS, new name, new network.

I didnt know Richard was having a new show …YEAH!! I love Flip This House and cannot wait to see “The Real Deal”. I love all the Trademark team, but Richard is soooo cute and southern! Is he married? He may have said earlier on in his current show on A & E but I don’t remember. Love ya Richard and love that Ginger and John. They need Dawn to keep them all in line but let’s not forget Kevin….
Just finished up another round of reruns of Flip This House. A & E doesn’t know just how special what they had with Trademark was. I can’t wait for the new sho on TLC. Woo-Hoo!
I knew something had to be wrong when they flipped the audience over to the numbskulls in San Antonio and the crooks in Atlanta. Glad to see the Real pros are coming back.
I deleted Flip This House from my DVR tonight… I’ve seen all the season 1 episodes and too many of the 2nd season. Cant wait for those April Saturday nights!!!

WOW! Are we excited a new show, same classy southern crew, and “The Real Deal” is going to be the “Real Thing” again!! We just love TradeMark because of their true Southern hospitality, knowledge of Flipping and doing it right. My husband and I had TradeMark withdrawals and couldn’t imagine what happen to that CUTE Richard and all the gang. They all just glue together and it comes out just riight. The personalities are perfect together. Thanks, Richard, for a great return of an “awesome” show. Now, we are back on track having you all to watch AGAIN on Sat. April 21, 9PM. Keep it up!!!!
Being true Southern girl myself, I appreciate the gentle heritage for the people doing the job that TradeMark is doing. It’s a delight to watch the workings of construction, real estate, and a good job and people coming together with success. YOU ALL ARE THE BEST.
My wife and I are chomping at the bit for The Real Deal. We thought it was tonight but it looks like we have to wait for April 21 on TLC. I think the second season crew on A&E have a new one tonight but we’re excited to see new episodes with the Trademark crew.

YeaH! They just started showing the commercials last night during the Orange County Chopper show…The “Tavern” they filmed the commercials at is in Atlanta—but hey, it’s TV. My hubby is the big hairy biker with the gray beard…

I am SO excited about The Real Deal! I LOVED Flip This House, and wondered what was going on with it. I don’t know what it is about these people and what they do, but they are so great!!! Way to go Richard … you are fantastic and you are, in fact, THE REAL DEAL.
My husband and I are soooooooo excited about the return of the Trademark crew!!! I have been in the Mortgage business for 16 years and most of what goes on I am familiar with. I truly enjoy watching the excitedment. We are from the south as well, Chattanooga, we love the southern feel to the show. Good luck Trademark!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hallelujah! The tradmark gang rides again!!! Charleston is one ofmyfavorite cities to visit, and I truly enjoyed watching the gang flip houses in the area.
Everything those who have written before me is true - the business savvy is part of it, but the true southern hospitality and caring for their customers made the show so much fun to watch.
Go Trademark! Go Richard, Ginger, and crew - we love ya!!!
I like the show I have always enjoyed Richard and his crew. The new show needs to have way LESS Ginger. My goodness I flet like I was watching the Ginger show.
I am SO happy to see Richard Davis and company again. I really missed their show. I didn’t like the people Trademark was “replaced” with and didn’t know why RD wasn’t on anymore. I tried to watch the new folks but stopped watching after a couple tries — the show just wasn’t the same. I think A & E made a big boo-boo by messing with success!! But now I’m glad I can see Richard and his band again and plan to faithfully watch.
I have been counting the days waiting for The Real Deal. I was heartbroken when Flip This House came back without Team Trademark! I am so happy that they are back on TV! I will definitely DVR all the episodes (to add to my DVR collection of all the Season 1 Flip This House episodes!).
BTW…Ang…You can never have too much Ginger! She makes the show for me! I love her personality and sense of style…she is awesome!
Husband and I love watching Trademark, can’t stand the others. Husband says they are to arrogent(check spelling), would rather watch Trademark any day.
Hope you all keep up the good work and get back on real soon. Miss watching the show. Glad to see TLC picked you up, guess you know who the smart ones are. Have stopped watching A&E all together.
