Look at me, on the ball and posting my Music Monday clips before the day is over. Someone give me a cookie.

Can I just say how much I LOVE satellite radio? I drove Jim’s car the other day and got so annoyed by all the commercials and stupid DJ talk on our local stations. I’ve got 10 stations programmed into my presets in the truck, and I’m constantly switching back and forth. My favorite channels are Hits 1 and The Pulse (9). I’ve heard this first song by Beyonce a lot lately on Sirius (Hits 1) and while I didn’t care for it at first, it’s growing on me. And the 2nd song…well, JT is smokin’ and this is a new favorite. As for the last song, I didn’t know who Akon was when he appeared on Saturday Night Live. Apparently my kids do though, because they all started singing along when this song came on the radio the other day. When your 9 year old starts singing about “smacking that”, you try not to laugh.
