Why is it that when a delivery company or service call gives you a WINDOW of time that they’ll arrive, they always arrive at the very end of that window? We’re getting furniture delivered today, and our window of time was from 11am til 3pm. It’s now 2pm - how much do you want to bet they’ll show up at 2:59, when I’ll only have a few minutes before I have to leave the house to pick the kids up?
