When Jim was in Chicago last week, he checked out the local real estate scene. Not because we’re moving there, but it’s a little hobby of ours to be nosy about how much you can buy in cities we visit. He zero’ed in on Naperville real estate because it’s a nice little bedroom community outside of the city. Did you know there are 211 towns and 77 neighborhoods in the city of Chicago? I didn’t realize it was so huge and spread out! I’ve visited the city before and a few suburbs, but I guess there’s a lot we haven’t seen. I wonder if the market there has slowed down like it has here, or if things are still booming?
