I’m so happy that Medium is back. I loved the 2 hour premiere last week, but I did think they could have shortened it a bit. I have to say, I had the whole fake art thing figured out by the first hour. Actually, within the first half hour, I was better on some sort of fake art. I just read a book with a similar plot, so it was already stuck in my head.
Anyway, the whole thing with Allisons ex was a little odd too – like he was there, but there wasn’t really a point to him being there. It would have been better if he had somehow been tied into the plot a bit better. He was easy on the eyes though!
The dreams tie in was great – I felt so bad for Scanlon. Poor, hot, Scanlon. And Devalos, with his pee-pee accidents. And oh my goodness – could Bridget (Maria Lark) be any cuter? Her monkey dreams were cute! Well, until the monkeys started shooting up the place. Patricia Arquette’s new haircut is super cute too.
Tonight’s episode has a bit of a “Groundhog Day” effect, with Allison reliving one horrible day in order to get clues about how to stop it.

Ack!! I forgot it’s Wednesday! It feels like Friday, since everyone’s off tomorrow. I would have forgotten to watch, and then had to kick myself. Did you know Allison’s ex was played by Patricia Arquette’s real life husband? I’m not digging her chin-length bob. It’s like they hack her hair more every season! Next season, she’ll have a buzz cut. And I was annoyed by the 2-hour thing, mostly because it seemed verrrry much like a regular length episode, with a thousand more commercials.
Not a big fan of her haircut, either, but I’m so glad the show is back. I had the fake art thing figured out, too.
