I’m always interested in the next best thing. One of the reasons I love doing product surveys is because it gives me a sneak peek at what’s about to explode onto the market. I found this blog that focuses on inventions and recently licensed products, and I’m sending this story about how a licensed product by Invent-Tech hits store shelves. Being that he’s in the grocery store business (and Walmart and Kroger are the competition!), I think it’ll be of interest to him. I think the name, “DotComs”, and the phrase cybersnack are pretty cute too. And punny. The Invent-Tech Blog isn’t just focused on the latest and greatest inventions to hit the grocery store shelves either – they have a lot of information on other inventions, like this On The Ball Trailer Hook-Up Aligner. Speaking as someone who held the flashlight the last time my husband tried to hook a trailer up to my truck hitch, that’s useful information! I’d love to know when I could buy one of those at the store.

The blog also has trade shade information for inventors and those interested in how to patent and market their ideas. My father had a great idea for a tool when I was a kid, something to make changing a transmission easier, but he couldn’t get it off the ground. Why? Probably because he didn’t have access to a great resource like the Invent-Tech Blog. Who knows – maybe we’ll be seeing some of these items in our local stores soon, or on a late night infomercial. And we can say we saw it on the Invent-Tech Blog! If you’re an inventor, or just want to see what people have come up with, definitely check it out. Maybe inspiration will hit you, and you’ll think of the next hot invention!
