As somone who works in the staffing industry, I see a lot of job boards come and go. Our company works with a lot of the big internet job boards, posting our available positions. We’re a 3rd party though, so we won’t be posting any positions on GetTheJob.com. As a job HUNTER, I actually prefer sites like that because there are direct hire positions - no postings from headhunters (promising the world), no postings from third party recruiters, and no scams. There are a lot of hidden jobs too - 70% of their postings can’t be found on commercial job boards, and they’ve got over 2 million jobs.
