Catherine’s team won the game last night.  She got up to bar 2 or 3 times, and was walked each time (pitching in this league is a little screwy – but they try hard) and she got to cross home plate twice and score for her team.  I felt bad for the pitcher on the other team – she was a tiny little girl, all of 8 or 9, and she cried on the mound when her pitching wasn’t where it should have been.  Our daughter spent most of her time on the field out in the outfield, and thankfully, nothing came her way, LOL!
