I woke up this morning to 57 spam comments to approve or delete. Guess which one I did?

I’ve been using Akismet for a long time and it’s worked great (it’s caught 2,973 spam comments for me since I installed it) so my initial thought was that something had happened to the plugin when I switched hosts. I logged in and there were spam comments there also, so I don’t know what happened. I haven’t gotten anymore today at all. Weird.

Edited to add:  Apparently Akismet did an upgrade that’s causing the issue.  Good to know!
