It wasn’t as big of a success as I had hoped for. It was hot, we were sweaty, and the clues were HARD. We did find the box after we cheated a little bit. The park was nice and had all of these little info signs all over telling you what kind of flora and fauna and wildlife were to be found in the park. No sooner did we pass (and read) the sign warning about cottonmouth snakes…
yep, a big ole huge black snake crossed our path. It could have been a harmless black snake, it could have been a poisonous cottonmouth - I wasn’t staying to find out!
That’s the second snake I’ve seen in a week - obviously I’m hanging outside WAY too much and need to confine myself indoors.

LOL That was me at the kids soccer camp, saw 2 (think they were only Black Racers) but they still skeeved me out.
