By popular request (ok, ok, ONE request…LOL)

3/4 cup vodka or gin
3/4 cup soy sauce
1 box dark brown sugar
minced garlic to taste

Mix all together, pour over 5lbs frozen chicken wings. Bake at 400 for 2 1/2 hours. A disposable aluminum pan is recommended. If you like your wings crispy, pop them on a cookie sheet at the end and put them under your broiler for a bit.

Okay is the vodka to “drink” while you are adding in all the other ingredients? LOL!

Sounds yummy :) Why do I get the feeling we’ll all be tipsy by time the over buzzes?
