The contract is signed. The buyer came over tonight with his agent and our agent met us also - we all sat down and signed everything and the buyer chatted with us for a bit about his family and the neighborhood. We are closing on the 21st of this month. EEK! We had hoped for the 28th (as did the buyer) but he couldn’t get a truck for the end of the month. No big deal really for us, since once we get to Thanksgiving it’s Jim’s busy time at work anyway, and he won’t be much help to me.

Inspection is Thursday morning. And I guess I’ll start packing after that!
