They’re writing an offer! Their agent just called me to suggest a closing date, and she said they are writing an offer right now. I explained we’d be on vacation in the 1st part of November, and suggest we close sometime during the end of the month, and we agreed on Nov 21, which is the Monday of Thanksgiving week.
Now, here’s hoping the offer is a GREAT ONE!
